Management dashboards play an important role in the decision-making of managers. The design and planning of such dashboards require a managerial perspective from the project leadership team. We have successfully combined knowledge and experience to design an optimal output for managing a large and successful company like Goldiran (LG).

 In this panel, you can see the result of connecting 11 systems and subsystems in an integrated manner across three dimensions: time, place, and product, which adds another layer of complexity and a positive aspect to this design.

Phase 1: Goldiran Management Reporting Panel

  • Requirement Analysis
    To improve performance and expand operations, a reporting and communication dashboard for Goldiran's various sections was developed.
  • Design
    Based on the previous step, the employer's needs were clarified and the design was done using modern approaches with a focus on UX.
  • Implementation
    After feedback and approval of the final design, implementation began. Proper engineering and adherence to up‑to‑date best practices ensured a quality product.
  • Testing
    After implementation, the output was tested by Rahkar Pouya's internal team and then by the client's team.
  • Apply changes
    According to the feedback and test results, the requested client changes were applied.
  • Delivery
    Finally, after the various steps and approvals, training sessions were held and the product was delivered for end‑user use.
