Introduction of the MIT Online Store Project

The MIT store was launched with the aim of providing direct goods from manufacturers and importers to consumers and eliminating intermediaries. This project was implemented using a custom online store design in the form of B2C to provide a new online shopping experience for customers. Our team has designed an integrated and user-friendly store, focusing on custom website design and utilizing UI/UX principles.

  • Requirement Analysis
    Initially, employer requirement assessment sessions are held. In these sessions, the employer's needs are carefully examined, and suggestions and items that can assist the employer in project execution are presented.
  • Design
    Based on the previous step, the employer's needs were clarified and the design was done using modern approaches with a focus on UX.
  • Implementation
    After feedback and approval of the final design, implementation began. Proper engineering and adherence to up‑to‑date best practices ensured a quality product.
  • Testing
    After implementation, the output was tested by Rahkar Pouya's internal team and then by the client's team.
  • Apply changes
    According to the feedback and test results, the requested client changes were applied.
  • Delivery
    Finally, after the various steps and approvals, training sessions were held and the product was delivered for end‑user use.
